FAQ | The Ivy Plant Studio



We use Sendle, Australia Post and other third parties to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided (if available) once your order has been sent. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed, however in most cases your order will be packed and sent the next business day.

Delivery time is estimated between 3-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Items are sent in appropriately sized parcels and boxes.

Late Deliveries, Loss or Damage of Products:

The Ivy Plant Studio cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage of products ordered through the website. We utilise third party delivery services and cannot provide any warranty or guarantee that no damage will be caused during the delivery of any products you order from our website.


We do not provide refunds for change of mind however we can issue you with a store credit. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@theivyplantstudio.com.au and let us know the reason for your return. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its new, original packaging. The customer will need to cover the cost of the return postage back to The Ivy Plant Studio.  

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid. Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have arrived at The Ivy Plant Studio. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your bank account to be credited. 

Faulty Items: 

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please get in contact with us at hello@theivyplantstudio.com.au. Attach an image of the item you believe is faulty and we will assess the item on a case-by-case basis.
