Coated

Coated Australia was created from a simple gift I (Matt) had made for my fiancée (Tara) for a weekend away that we had whilst travelling regional Victoria. It was a simple, yet irresistible combination of soft and fluffy marshmallows, double-coated in premium milk chocolate.

Since we both loved them so much, we decided to head home and make more, along with a number of other indulgent crowd-favourites –such as raspberries, snakes, chewy caramels, bananas, frogs and more.
